Forgive my blah tone in this video, but it's just how I talk. Oh and I didn't do much with the lighting this video happened spontaneously and I thought it would be cool to share my new found workout instrument seeing as many of you had oh so flattering comments about my legs. This thing, jump rope, has my legs (mostly my calves) aching! I had no idea the amount of muscles needed for something as simple as jumping. Unfortunately I didn't do a demo but jumping rope is quite simple but I will for the lunges soon. Anyways I'm currently doing 3 sets of 100 a day along with lunges and some yoga.
